How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your tea hits the road.
Are your tea bags biodegradable?
Yes! We use premium pyramid sachets that are made from plant-based materials and are fully biodegradable. You get the quality of loose-leaf tea with the convenience of a bag, minus the environmental guilt.
Do you offer returns if I don't like a flavor?
While we cannot accept returns on food products for safety reasons, we want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 30 days and we will make it right.
Is there a lot of caffeine in your tea?
Caffeine levels vary by blend. Our 'High Caffeine' line packs a punch similar to a cup of coffee, while our herbal blends are naturally caffeine-free. Check the 'Steeping Instructions' on each product page for specific caffeine details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our snarky blends to the rest of the world soon!
